ZucchiniPasta

Use spiralizer to make pasta out of zucchini.

For the Curry Sauce

1/2 cup cashews ( soaked for 6 hours )
3 yellow bell peppers
1 cup cherry tomatoes ( orange, yellow or red )
few leaves fresh basil, sage, and rosemary
1 Tbsp of curry powder
pinky ginger
1 teaspoon gluten free Tamari
1 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp unhulled sesame seeds
1 tbsp turmeric
a pinch of cumin

Add all ingredients in blender and blend all together. Use your hands to mix in your Curry Sauce with zucchini pasta.
